Oscar Gomez, CEO of SoJoGo, and Jared Dickinson, CEO of JD Communication Strategies, combined forces for a new series of events and services through the Inclusive Leadership and Communication Project (ILCP) - a collaborative effort to support business leaders by building a shared understanding of holding a compassionate meeting space and how this strategy deepens and strengthens business teams.
As we move forward from 2020, there is a renewed interest and based on actual business needs to engage in professional development opportunities to explore aspects of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). Building on their mutual values of authenticity, compassion, and courage, Oscar and Jared have been identifying strategies around Inclusive Leadership practices - in order for leaders to bring their best selves to their work and their teams.
The ILCP specifically explores the role and impact of inclusive communication and leadership practices in an EDI framework. How do we initiate, plan, practice, execute, and make inclusion second nature for our people and organizations?
